Refund Policy

Stock items (non-custom orders) can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a product refund (customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping). Please note: the item MUST be in the condition you received it in to qualify for a return. I take great care to package my pegs to prevent damage during travel, but sometimes things happen out of my control. If you have a problem with your order, please communicate that to me so we can work it out!

All custom peg dolls are non-refundable. I take care to communicate with you throughout the entire custom process to make sure we are on the same page. The details are very important! I am happy to send photos of the dolls before I seal them to make sure you are happy. Because of the time and care that goes into these custom dolls, I cannot offer refunds once the order has been placed.
